Shipping
We use United States Postal Service Post and
Canada Post for all shipments. We Generally use Canada Post for
Canadian shipments and United States Postal Service for US
Shipments.
Order will be processed and shipped the same day or the next
business day. A shipping tracking number will be emailed to you
as soon as possible.

local pick up, please call to pre-arrange a time.
Extra days will be required for shipment to the USA due to
Custom inspection. Customers are responsible for any of their
custom duties, taxes and or brokerage fees.
Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the
carrier within 5 days. myfta.net is not responsible for shipping
damages.
Returns Policies
Due to the nature of the industry,
all receiver sales are final. All other products carry a 30 days
return policy from the date of order. All returned merchandise
must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original
carton with all manufacturers included accessories. A minimum
restocking fee is 20% for all returned merchandise.
All products are covered under manufacturers warranty.
Manufacturer warrants all of its products to be free from
defects in the workmanship or materials per its stated term. If,
at any time during the warranty period, the products has a
defect in workmanship or material, Manufacturer shall repair or
replace it (at Manufacturer's option) within a reasonable period
of time.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused as a
result of software transfers, abusive operation, tampering,
negligence, improper use, insufficient care or any act beyond
the control of myfta.net .
